Prayers

Hey everyone. Wanted to ask for your prayers right now for my mom who is in the hospital following an emergency surgery on Thursday morning. The cause is unknown, but she suffered a severe hernia in which a portion of her intestine was strangled and died, causing her to become violently ill while she was at work at Methodist Hospital. She wanted to wait for my dad, who is out in Illinois, and I to arrive before surgery, but the surgeon said she didn't have that long. As of Saturday evening, she is still in the hospital and eating ice chips as her intestine attempts to heal. The pain is rough and the morphine did some unusual things to her. Needless to say this has been rough going the last few days. Her one little kidney has been put under great strain because of this, the blood pressure is scary at best. Please send the prayers. I just want to know why God has found it necessary to place so much on one person in the last year and a half. Enough is enough. It angers me because it is so needless. Bad things happen to good people all the time. It is sickening and disheartening. And it makes me wonder why I even try to be a good person. I just want answers. That's all.
